PLANET SNAKES
Anaconda's or the scientific name, "Eunectes" are non venomous but are the biggest snakes on earth. They come from the Boa family and grow at leats 15ft. These snakes can be found in South Africa.
Pythonidae's or "Pythons" are a family of non venomous snakes. They can be found in Asia, Africa and Australia. There are known to be 31 species recognized. One of the species know as "The Ball Python" make great beginner snakes. This is a Ball Python in the picture.
Taipan's or the scientific name, "Oxyuranus" are highly venomous. They are mainly in Australia and are known to have 3 species of them. One of the species known as the "Inland Taipan" is the world's deadliest snake.
Mamba's or the scientific name, "Dendroaspis" are in the family of Elapidae. They are also fast and venomous. There 4 species known of these killers. 3 out of 4 of them are green while the other is black.
The "Naja" or known as the "Cobra" are highly venomous. they are spread out through, Africa, SouthEast Asia, South Asia, and SouthWest Asia. There are known to be 28 species of this snake!
